By accessing or using the Commish mobile application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Commish is an affiliate marketing platform that connects:

• Affiliates: Individuals who promote products and earn commissions
• Vendors: Businesses that sell products through our platform
• Buyers: Customers who purchase products through affiliate links

User Accounts and Registration

Account Requirements

• Age: Must be 18+ years old to create an account
• Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Verification: May require identity verification for payment processing
• One Account: One account per person/business entity

Account Security

• Password: Maintain strong, confidential login credentials
• Unauthorized Use: Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account

User Roles and Responsibilities

Affiliates

• Promotion Guidelines: Follow ethical marketing practices
• Disclosure: Clearly disclose affiliate relationships to your audience
• Prohibited Practices: No spam, false advertising, or deceptive practices
• Commission Tracking: Accurate reporting of promotional activities

Vendors

• Product Listings: Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Order Fulfillment: Timely shipping and customer service
• Legal Compliance: Ensure products comply with applicable laws
• Commission Payments: Pay agreed affiliate commissions promptly

Buyers

• Legitimate Purchases: Make purchases for personal or business use
• Payment: Provide valid payment information
• Returns: Follow vendor return policies for purchased items

Prohibited Uses

Platform Misuse

• Fraudulent Activity: Creating fake accounts, transactions, or reviews
• System Manipulation: Attempting to hack, spam, or abuse platform features
• Intellectual Property: Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Legal Violations: Using the platform for illegal activities

Content Restrictions

• Prohibited Products: Illegal drugs, weapons, adult content, hate speech
• False Information: Misleading product descriptions or fake testimonials
• Spam: Unsolicited messages or excessive promotional content
• Malware: Distribution of viruses or malicious software

Payment Terms

Commission Structure

• Affiliate Commissions: Percentages determined by vendor agreements
• Payment Processing: Commissions processed monthly (minimum $50 threshold)
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, or Stripe
• Currency: Payments in local currency or USD based on user preference

Platform Fees

• Transaction Fees: Small percentage of each transaction for platform operations
• Premium Features: Additional fees for advanced analytics, priority listings
• Refund Policy: Platform fees non-refundable except in cases of platform error

Tax Responsibility

• User Responsibility: Users responsible for reporting income and paying taxes
• Tax Documents: We provide necessary tax documentation (1099s, etc.)

Intellectual Property
